Return Policy

R&W Embroidery LLC

At R&W Embroidery LLC, each item is custom-made specifically for our customers. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have the following return policy in place.

All customized or personalized items (including embroidered apparel, DTF printed garments, patches, laser engraved items, and other custom products) are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs, spelling, colors, sizes, and placement before production begins. Once approved, R&W Embroidery LLC is not responsible for errors that were approved in the final proof.

If you receive an item that is defective or if we made an error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly review the issue and may offer a replacement or correction if the mistake was made on our end.

To report an issue, please include:

• Your name and order number
   
• A description of the issue
   
• Photos of the item
   

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once materials are ordered or production has started, the order cannot be canceled.

R&W Embroidery LLC is not responsible for shipping delays or damage caused by carriers, but we will assist customers in filing a claim when possible.
