Frequently Asked Questions

To get the best results (and the most accurate quote), it helps to have a few key details in mind before reaching out:

1. What is the purpose of your project?
Is this for a business, event, team, gift, or personal use? Knowing the purpose helps guide the best method—embroidery, DTF printing, or engraving.

2. What type of items do you need?
Think about what you want customized: shirts, hats, hoodies, backpacks, patches, or promotional items.

3. Do you have a design or need help creating one?

• Do you already have a logo or artwork?
• What file type do you have (PNG, JPG, vector)?
• Do you need design assistance?

4. What quantity do you need?
Order size affects pricing and turnaround time. Even an estimate helps.

5. What is your budget?
Having a general budget helps us recommend the best options without wasting time on things outside your range.

6. What is your deadline?
When do you need your items? This helps determine if standard or rush production is required.

7. Do you have specific preferences?

• Colors or brand guidelines
• Placement (left chest, full front, sleeve, hat front, etc.)
• Size of the design

8. Will you provide the items or need us to supply them?
We can work either way, but this impacts pricing and timeline.
